HR System Monitor will allow you to store all of your pertinent information about your current and terminated employees as well as applicants, with features to store resumes, applications, reviews, reprimands, policies, procedures, expectations and more in any format that you choose. So if you have PDFs, Tiffs, Giffs, word processor documents, videos, database files or anything you can dream of store it all in HR System Monitor. The only things that are necessary to open them are the correct password and the native application on the desktop that you are browsing from. The same feature is available on a global basis for company-wide access, provided that you have documents that you want all employees with proper password access to see.
HR System Monitor also has a very robust rules-based scheduling module, enabling almost any type of company that has legal or functional staffing requirements to have an easy way to schedule. If you are a Restaurant, Nursing Home, Child Care Center, Job Shop, Landscaper or Entertainment Company, this solution is made for you. You simply tell the software your requirements for staffing and when you go to make the schedule you fill in the appropriate variables. The software then lets you or your manager put in the employees you think you need and tells you if you are correct or not. If you are correct, then there will be no shortages or overages shown; if you are incorrect it will let you know that you have too many or too few employees scheduled at a specific time on a specific date. If you let the software do the scheduling for you, it will pull from an available pool of employees and present you with information if it does not have enough qualified individuals for a specific time or location. Typical non rule based scheduling is also a standard feature of HR System Monitor.
