All Count Me In, LLC products include a minimum of 90 days of our SMS. SMS includes the following;

  • Free Phone support on our 800 phone number Monday – Friday from 7:30AM to 6PM Central Standard Time - Excluding the 5 major US holidays
  • Basic assistance for product start up
  • Free software updates, which includes any bug fixes and enhancements based on client requests and needs
  • Free software upgrades for the already owned edition of Timecard Monitor to a comparable Count Me In, LLC Edition.
  • Count Me In, LLC reserves the right to charge for annual payroll connection updates as payroll providers make changes to their solutions.
  • Discounted replacement or refurbished hardware
  • Discounts on phone assisted product setup and usage
  • Optional e-mail (Silver Level) only - SMS is offered at 50% of the phone SMS rates. It is important to note that e-mail only (Silver Level) SMS does not get Gold Level response.

Clients with Lite, Lite+, Standard, Pro and Premier Editions

Clients are eligible to take a phone survey at the conclusion of the free 90 days,  In appreciation for using your valuable time to help us enhance our products, we will extend this SMS program for an additional 90 days. At the end of the phone survey you will be asked if you would like to continue the service beyond the next free 90 days. This will give you an additional 180 free days. If you choose to do so at that time, you will get an additional 90 days free. The annual subscription will be 25% of the current retail price of the *Edition you own.

*If you own more than one copy of any Edition of our product we offer an SMS discount on the additional copies. For example, pay 25% of the current MSRP of the first copy and 12.5% for the remaining copies.

Clients with Client-Server Editions

Your package includes 1 year of the SMS program. At the conclusion of the first year you can continue this service for *18% of the current retail price of the package you own.

  • Optional e-mail (Silver Level) only SMS is offered at 50% of the phone SMS rates. It is important to note that e-mail only (Silver Level) SMS does not get Gold Level response.

*If you own more than one copy of Client Server Edition we offer an SMS discount on the additional copies. For example, you pay 18% of the current MSRP of the first copy and 9% for the remaining copies.

As is the case with any insurance policy, you need to evaluate your risk against the fees involved. The reason Count Me In, LLC., has developed this SMS program is because our clients feel that valid timecard data is critical to the success of their companies and their employees’ moral. Therefore, having this service available at such a nominal annual rate gives them the peace of mind that if there is an issue, someone will be there to assist them.

If you do not feel that you require this peace of mind, you are welcome to cancel at any time. However, once you cancel you will not be eligible to speak with any Count Me In, LLC., employee regarding any matter that is considered part of the SMS program. This includes but is not limited to purchasing of additional hardware or replacement hardware, registration codes and software usage. If you choose to reinstate your SMS program after you have canceled, you will be required to pay for the next year plus 50% prior to receiving any assistance what so ever. Replacement hardware and registration codes may be obtained on each item for the full retail price.
